So basically, I had my first sleep paralysis experience last night. I was maybe sub-conscious (half asleep) and my vision was blurred with yellow and blue flashing lights. I couldn't move or breathe for a few seconds, I managed to fight it and move. Take On Me by A-ha; ptsd kicked in..
