Personally I would love it if someone literally made a book called Lord of the Flies but it was literally a book about flies and a grand Lord being the ruler over them

No, it does. The Lord of the flies is a dead pig on a stick with flies around it on a deserted island. It is about boys stranded on it.

True , but the flies have more to do with the title of the demon, "Beezelbub", not just flies. The name in Hebrew means, "lord of the flies"
