Anyways as far as other eeveelutions go as house pets, Leafeon might be the best but I'll make the tier list just cuz
1. Leafeon, peaceful and doesn't need food (But I'd still feed it anyway, it's too precious)
2. Sylveon, if you evolved it then it definitely loves you, it knows when you're sad and can be emotional support, only bad thing is that it's ribbons are so strong it could accidentally crush you
3. Umbreon, evolved with friendship so it probably likes you, it's a fluffy living nightlight, what more could you want?
4. Espeon, Same deal as Umbreon except for, Pros: It can read your mind so you can talk with it telepathically, you could even use it to talk with your other eeveelutions. Cons: It can read your mind, and it could also throw your stuff around with telekinesis if it wanted too
5. Eevee, no cons, no pros, just smol and floffy, just make sure it evolves into something that won't destroy your house
6. Glaceon, as Frost puts it: Free Air Conditioning, but unless you live in Australia having your house be cold enough for indoor snow probably wouldn't be ideal
7. Jolteon, not sure that you would live if it shocked you too much, not to mention it would probably have the worst zoomies, free electricity tho

9. Flareon, it's pretty sad cuz he's a floofy boi, but I'd be scared of him burning the house down in the middle of the night
