my game is up again so roblox can make more money off me, i didnt even insert utg

got false banned after banning an exploiter in my game and now my ban wont be lifted because i have "ultimate trolling gui" in the server and didnt add context? maybe he means the exploiter was using utg? still i dont want to be banned and he didnt clarify the fact i lost 100 dollars from being false banned
