ok so stated in the rules one doesn't need clarafication(for now)
context: my party recently have stolen a sword from the king of an island in an archepelego. when i mean my party i mean me(halfling rouge) and when i mean stole i mean opened one door for another guy and he collected the sword.
my party is obviasly breaking the law, the town we are in is walled off along with the castle we stole from. but we were just spotted lets say half an hour ago and news abount us would spread before morning when the gates open. its now midnight in a tavern with warick (the npc who took the sword) and the rest of the party. warick has the easyest escape being the front doors for being not spot. two of us (orc barbarian and dragonborn wisard) have a slightly worse exit for having their silhouette spotted and not marked down as dangerous at the front gate(funny because their race obviasy this world is better and not racest). then there is me and the last guy (elf druid) we were marked down as dangerous. this leaves me(because druid wild shape) to scale the wall and jump down onto the other side, alnost certainly fatal. so i devise a plan with the others. i would have to hook a grappling hook tied with rope to the top of the wall, gain featherfall from the wisard and jump across the wall without touching the ground. this happended because our dm didnt know how featherfall worked at the time. when we are the wall with the hook attached abount to begin the climb, dm found that featherfall effects mutiple cratures in a 60ft diameter that are falling, instead of just one and relativly close. so we all scale the wall and my dm takes aside the drangonborn for a little chat talking abount how he could kill us. fortunatly he didnt and we all fall down to the ground slowly.
thats the end of that part of the story. the only reason why this didnt come sooner is because i havent had dnd for 2 weeks now but from today (if chaws and/or jay allow) i will be posting snippets of my gameplay every week
