when I was forced to join the military for shooting up my high-school back in 2012, I was a cashier at their commissary in about 5 years later when I was 18. and there was a woman who was the wife of a veteran of Afghanistan. she comes in and is looking for a type of soup. and I knew which soups were in the store. and the Karen was asking me if they were there. I said. "uhm. ma'am, we don't have Briar Label's Bacon Soup here, I know its at target, but not here." and the Karen starts asking me more and more. and then she walks away. I thought I was good. till I hear gunshots of several different guns in the store. people were being shot at by the Karen and were now in a gunfight. I went to the boss and asked him what should I do? and he said "Kat, you got your side-arm. that deagle in your holster? you are clear to engage in combat." and I find the karen. and shes still alive as people shoot at her and she shoots at them. I was just at the side. nobody saw me. then when I aimed my pistol. then the karen sees me. and I hide into cover. the Karen then escapes into the backrooms. I Did'nt know she did. but the other people in the store knew I was on there side. so I asked them if they knew where she went. then my boss walks over and he asked if shes been taken care of. I said "Not yet, but were looking around. wait, we got security cameras. right? He said "yeah, we do. wanna look" and I said yes. we looked and she was in the backrooms. the door was locked but we had a battering ram since we also had swat equipment. I was only wearing a shirt and pants and my hat and glasses, I didnt have tactical gear on. so I said "uhh. you gonna give me some armor?" he said "yes, just right there" and there was also a MK18, the rifle that would be with me for the rest of my life. so I had the ram and broke the door open. the karen was destroying the boxes of beans with the pistol she had. I told her that if she shoots. she will be killed. she opens fire. and I took the shot. and there was my first legal kill. I was sastified that the long night is over. everything was normal again after that. the karens body was removed. then I would be promoted to private. and become a infantry. --Kat "LT Fox Vixen" Foxston
