lol I'm no lawyer but trusts usually involve wills. Bank accounts like IRAs and IRAs have beneficiaries that can be outside of a will.

Then again if the dating on the will is newer than the IRA and it explicitly says everything I own including insurance... IRAs... are to go to someone else... that could get interesting...
