Batman has more technology while Spider-Man has more outright power

Batman has the advantages of more experience, more hand-to-hand combat ability, a stronger suit, overall more defense.

Spider-Man is smarter, has more agility, has the high ground, can shut down a lot of Bat’s tech with his webs, and can prob beat bat in an arm wrestling match.

So I’d say Spider-Man would win

Spiderman really, His strength is comparable to the Hulk. And his speed is really amazing. He caught up to silver Surfer who is 500,000 light-years per second He also took hits from the Phoenix force and survived a missile to the face And was beat up by the Sinister six

His agility is great to He dodged a laser faster than light.

In terms of Skill Combat Batman takes it He has mastered over 127 martial arts. and Mostly uses his gadgets in combat

Batman is also way smarter than Spiderman (Don't even) He outsmarted Superman who has 400-500 IQ.

Spiderman also has superpowers Batman has none

For example Spiderman has Night vision Webbing Superhuman Durability Superhuman reflex's etc.

So Spiderman would win But it would be a tough battle.
