why cant i just buy quick dry cement hollow out the foam ball and fill it with quick dry cement then peel off the styrofoam and paint the cement ball red
how to make your own target ball:; 1: buy a large foam ball, red paint and paint brushes from a dollar store.
2: paint the ball red.
3: let it dry, then hot glue it onto a base of some sort.
