you can get them all in any difficulty, just kill a queen slime in master or expert mode and take the bags to a different difficulty, for journey mode just use the change difficulty crap to get treasre bags

You can't get dev sets from treasure bags in Expert, only in Master Mode.

Plus, it's not the answer lol the dev set I'm talking about is from getting legitimately on Classic, Expert and Master.

well yeah, you can get dev sets in every hardmode tresure bag except queen slime for some reason (and lc too)
