Guard #1: WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?

Zevver: Uhh… we can explain

Phantasm: Uh, no we can’t, aren’t we here to destroy this place?

Guard #2: WHAT?

Zevver: *facepalm* Can’t you keep your mouth shut?

Zevver fired his gun at the 2 guards, killing them both. Phantasm locks this room’s door, then looks behind her.

Phantasm: Okay… you shut down that reactor?

Zevver: Yeah.
…Now we’ve gotta get outta here.

Phantasm: Uhhhh… No shit.

The two ran down a hallway to the nearest escape ship, while alarms sounded all around. Zevver held the same gun as before, while Phantasm used a pistol she had stolen from one of the guards.

Zevver: Y’know, you’re kind of a dick.

Phantasm: I get that a lot.

Zevver: Why?

Phantasm: Nobody was really around to teach me what’s right when I was a kid. My parents just suddenly disappeared one day.

Zevver: …oh.

Phantasm: They were assassins, just like me. I think they-

Suddenly, a bullet flies past the two.

Zevver: Oh, shit. More guards.

Guard #3: Get them!

Phantasm: What’d we do to them?

…I mean what specifically?

Zevver: I don’t know, but maybe we should try to find a place to hide? We can’t outrun those bullets.

*another bullet flies past*

Phantasm: We can take a bullet or two… right?

Zevver: Uh… it’s a bullet.

Phantasm: Yeah. Just a bullet.

Zevver: *sigh* Okay… we’re here.

Phantasm: Thank God. Anyways, i’ll fight off these guards, you get that ship over there working. Gimme your gun.

Zevver: Uh, why?

Phantasm: You think I, of all people, know how to fly a spaceship?!

Zevver: Good point.

He hands her the gun, and she shoots the incoming guards as Zevver climbs into the ship’s cockpit and puts a key into the control panel. The buttons around it light up, and a noise is heard from the engine.

Phantasm: Oh, thank f**k.

Zevver: Get in!

Phantasm looked at the cockpit. It was small, cramped, and probably could not fit two people.

Phantasm: Uh, where the hell am I sitting?

Zevver: I don’t know, but it’s better than not getting a ride home. Get in.

Phantasm: How am I supposed to fit in there?

Zevver: Shit, I didn’t think this through.

Phantasm: Ugh, this sucks.

Phantasm climbed in, and the window shut above them.

Phantasm: …this is not worth whatever i’m getting paid.

Zevver: If this is above your pay grade, you have a really low pay grade.

Phantasm: Uh, yeah, it sorta is! I’m more used to just sneaking into the homes of old rich people with lots of enemies and murdering them before their family waaaakkkk…

Zevver: …what? What is it

Phantasm: START THE SHIP NOW GOGOGOGOGOGOFOGOGOGOGOKRWNKDNDMWKD

Zevver: OKAY OKAY, WHY

Phantasm: GIANT F**KING ROBOT

Zevver: WHAT

Outside was a mech suit, piloted by one of the guards. It had 2 cannons attached to its shoulders and an intent to kill.

Mech: GET OUT OF THE PLANE

Zevver: BUT I DON’T WANNA DIE!

Mech: TOO BAD

Zevver hurriedly pressed a button on the ship as it started to take off, as Phantasm had a full-on panic attack in the corner.

Phantasm: Oh God, oh God please no…

…Still think I have a low pay grade?!

Zevver: Shut up.

Suddenly, a shot was fired from the mech, and the ship fell on its side. The mech walked over and was about to stomp the ship into a pile of scrap, before Phantasm broke open the window. The two climbed out, and fired their guns at the mech.

Mech: GET BACK HERE

Phantasm: Why the hell would we do that? You’re just gonna put us in some prison, or kill us.

Mech: …no we aren’t. We’re actually gonna-

Zevver: Don’t care.

Zevver reached out with his hand, and used his magic to rearrange the face of the mech pilot. He soon dropped dead, along with the mech.

Phantasm: …what the hell?!

Zevver: Uh, what?

Phantasm: You can do that?!

Zevver: …yeah.

Phantasm: Well, uh… this is bad.

Zevver: Why?

Phantasm: We lost our ride and we’re about to be killed in an explosion you can see from miles away, even with this go***mn fog!

Zevver: Uhh… wait.

In the distance, was another ship. However, a guard was getting inside of it, and it was surely about to take off.

Phantasm: OVER THERE!

Guard Inside Ship: Man, this whole thing is crazy. Who shut off the reactor?

Zevver (from outside window): Hi.

Guard: AUUUAGAGHH

The two opened the cockpit by force and threw out the guard, making him land on his face and go unconscious.

Phantasm: Can I please be the one sitting in the seat this time?

Zevver: I’m the one who can actually pilot this thing.

Phantasm: *groan* F**k this.

The two get in, and the window closes over them.

Zevver: Okay, now we just go back and get our reward…

Phantasm: Sweet. The hell are you waiting for, let’s go

The ship took off, and moments after they left the planet, the facility exploded.
