why are people posting about ADHD and autism? like you ain't special almost everyone here has one of those things

I know, i have autism and i don't remind people of that in every post, i just make memes

it just gets annoying after seeing 18 posts in a row saying "bro my autism is unhinged" and "I just can't with my ADHD"
it's like they are milking the hell out of it. I'm on imgflip for jokes, not personal information.
