So basically you two got in detention and then he has the brilliant idea of creating a band (rules in tags)

Alex: I mean I’m okay at singing, I can can play the drums but other than that I dunno-

David: I've got the vocals, so you can do the drums.

Alex: *he sighed and pushed up his glasses* We can’t just have vocals and percussion. It’ll sound funny

David: thats why I'm going to find more people.
(and he is old enough to drive in this rp)

(Ah. Zoom)
Alex: Good luck.

*eventually, they get out and David asks for Alex to come along*

*he follows*

*they enter the car*
David: there is a person I know, she works at a music shop, so let's head down there.

Alex: She?

David: yeah.

Alex: Okay, cool.

*he zooms off in the convertible*

"...well, i do know how to play the drums."

*around 10 minutes later*

Robyn had arrived, she was casually chatting with Azzy

*a few minutes later David comes out with this bassist he was talking about*
(I'm assuming Robyn knows David) David: Robyn, Azzy, meet Maria.

(He probably does, robyn makes lots of friends)
Azzy smiles, shaking her hand.
Robyn just nods.

David: so we have a full band now, and the equipment will be ready in a day or two. For now, lets go to my place and write some songs in advance.

"Sounds good."
Robyn gives a solid thumbs up, nodding

*they get in their respective rides and drive down to David's house*

Robyn brings in her guitars, and then helps azzy with transporting her drum set

*Maria has her bass guitar and David helps Azzy as well*
David: alright everyone, time to start trying to write a song!

Azzy nods, "Lemme assemble this–"

David: welcome. *he seems to be focused on his ideas*

She goes to the garage, carrying some metal rods, screws, and other parts

David: ...I think I have a song!

Robyn looked at him, "uhm... i have a few rhythms..."

Maria: I've come up with a bass line. I'm pretty sure we're close to done.

Robyn nods, "all we need is azzy... should somebody check on her..?"

David: I'll go. *he walks to the garage*

Azzy has welding goggles on, oil on her face and is in a tanktop, just welding the metal together– effectively.

David: what are you doing?

"The drums need something to support them, so they don't fall onto the ground."

David: I ordered equipment for that...

She looked up at him, "...huh. Well, want a really complicated guitar rack?"

David: fine, but only because I forgot that.

She snickers, getting back up.

David: so is it ready?

"Should be."

David: alright then. We should be ready.

"Yeah. Lets go."

David: so we either sing a Gorillaz, as in the band, type song or we sing about the animal gorillas.

"Gorrilas. Urban rap mized with a bit of 2r, phonk, and makes you question every part.

David: alright, now we just need some more people because I'm awesome at vocals.

"Robyn knows how to play the guitar."

David: and every band needs a good bassist. I know one, after this, lets drive down to the music shop and find her.

"Alright. Do we need a saxophonist?"

David: nah, we're good

"Yeah. Now we need a name... and a style... and a costume..."

David: hmm... How about we get everyone THEN we make up the name and stuff?

"Yeah, that makes more sense.'

*eventually they get out and get in David's car*

She yawns, stretching.

David: alright then, lets set up.

She nods, arranging her drums in a playable position.

Robyn quickly tunes her electric guitar.

*Maria quickly sets up her bass*

David: for practice, we are going to do a Gorillaz song. Y'all know Clint Eastwood?

Robyn nods, and so does Azzy.

*Maria nods as well*
David: all right then. *clears throat and he signals them to start*

Azzy nails the drums and and cymbals, Robyn waits for her part to come in.

*David sings the lyrics perfectly (including the rap) and Maria does stellar on the bass*

Robyn starts doing fantastic, not missing a single note. Azzy is doing amazing on the drums.

*they finish the song*

Robyn looks at David, "Pretty good."

David: here, let me help-

"Im fine. Get a head start on the lyrics."

David: ok then. *he starts jotting random thoughts for ideas for lyrics*

Robyn starts practicing her rhythms, checking with Maria for approval

Maria: sounds alright to me. *she puts out a thumbs up*

Robyn nods, giving a shy "thank you."

David: hmm... Aha! *he writes down even more*
*Maria is practicing her bass*

Azzy checks on david, "Hey, can i use the space in the garage? I gotta weld some stuff."

David: sure.

"Thanks, man."

*he starts the car and zooms down the highway towards the music shop*

She gets on her phone, calling Robyn.

(Oh yeah its one of those hoodless cars)
David: This next exit is the music shop.

(A convertible?)
"Alright. Robyn will be there in 15 minutes.'

(yeah forgot the name)
David: sounds good to me. *they go to the exit*

She nods, still talking to Robyn

*they eventually reach the music store 10 minutes before Robyn*

She hopped out of the car, "Ill wait for Robyn."

David: I'll go in and get us some equipment. *he walks in*

"Aight."
