That's not related to gender, that is a reproductive sex thing.

Besides, you can still have gender under the social role view and still do stuff like that. Just categorize humans and gentials seperately, one sex identifier for the person and the other for genitals. And if they are like post-op trans or something, unless the disease affects a uterus/testes that they would not have, then the effect should be largely the same.

That’s mostly where sexes come in. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think it was said that gender is social while sex is biological. Hence the whole, there’s more than 2 genders concept. There’s two SEXES, but there can be plenty of genders
