Cool optical illusion, check comments

0lmake sure your environment is dark, the full-screen the image. Turn the brightness on your device as low as you can still see, then wiggle you screen around a bit. Looks really cool.

is it not working, or did you get it to work and are befuddled.

The room needs to be dark, then you need to turn your brightness as low as it goes. I tried it some more, don't full screen the image, but make sure you can still get details. Then, focus on the scug and wiggle the screen around.

By dark, I mean pitch black. Like locked in a closet type of dark.

Also make sure the screen is as far away as you can put it, while still being able to see detail
