Mate I know plenty of jokes some of which I can't even say on here but here's how you can make a joke:

1. First you think of a question or sentence that can seem odd or not easy to find a situation where the joke you're making could fit in nicely with but sometimes it can be funnier when the your joke is said in a conversation completely unrelated to the current topic or even just said out of nowhere without any rhyme or reason to it.

2. Next you think of something related to a person or thing in the question or sentence you though of that you can make rhyme with something else your question or sentence you may make your ques tion or sentence not rhyme but rather have something related that can fit in
in any way you wish.

3. Lastly find someone to test our your joke on just to make sure it will hit people the correct way and not cause an argument or fight in way and also most importantly make sure it is actually funny.

4. After all of this has been completed you may now feel free to tell your joke as much as you see fit and speak it to as many people as you want.

There now tell me exactly where in that do you see that a joke can be in the form of a insult of any kind or way of showing hate against another individual.
