So, the player after or during the campaign can do side quests for the World leaders like Alexander or Ms Kittieson.
When the player has completed orders from them. the player is rewarded with the military uniforms the soldiers and special forces of that wears. or your rewarded with weapons you have not acquired yet.
Heres a list of what uniforms you´d get(this isn't the final list), only countrys who dont reward uniforms are Africa and Poland.

United Kingdom Rewards:S.A.S Uniform,British Palace Uniform(the guys with funny black hats),WW2 Uniform, WW1 uniform, Ghillie Suit(100% UK Tasks completed)
Germany Rewards:Modern Day Uniform,Nazi Officer Uniform,Nazi Infantry uniform(note, the swastikas are on it still, years later in 2029),WW1 Uniform,WW1 German Officer(100% completed germany)
France Rewards:GIGN Uniform,WW2 Uniform,WW1 Uniform, French Painter(100% reward)
Russia Rewards:Spetsnaz(modern) Uniform,Cold War Uniform.WW2 uniform, WW1 Uniform, Grizzly Bear Costume(100% Completed russia, this uniform makes it that Red Kobra are SCARED of you when they get close to you, they will instantly go into their Shell Shock State in melee distance)
Australia:Modern Day Uniform,Gator Suit(same as a ghillie suit, but it helps you hide in the water),WW2 Uniform,WW1 Uniform(Good Kid...), Boonie hat( 100% reward)
Oregon:National Gaurd,SWAT Uniform,Police Uniform,Standard Criminal Uniform(100% reward, your character wears clothes looking like a WarDogs Member from Manhunt)
Texas:Police Officer Uniform(with cowboy hat),Park Ranger Uniform, Farmer(100% reward)
Japan:Kitana,Modern Uniform,BANZAI!!! Uniform(WW2),WW1 uniform,Godzilla 1954 Costume(note, this is the only outfit that slows you down, which your can´t run or crouch or crawl when wearing it, because in real life it was 220 pounds but in timezone, it is helpful on realism when in combat because you get 10x the health), Japanese Officer uniform(100% Reward)
