I have dislocated both kneecaps, hyperextended my right knee

And I sliced my finger open

You can see the scars from when they glued my skin back on

I snapped a damaged metal pipe with my bare hands on accident

I mean hyperextending isn't the same as dislocating

The second time I dislocated my kneecap I literally went "I don't wanna go the ER again" and popped it back into place

oh yeah I forgot you did both to one of them
according to my dad when he was a kid he was playing football and his kneecap went off to the side or something
and he just moved it back got up and kept playing 😭

Although it hurts like HELL the day after

Trying to go downstairs the day after to go to the ER and get a brace was the most painful experience of my life

Just slightly moving my knee felt like someone just snapped it in half

And then I got a brace at the ER that literally stops your leg from bending

And they got me crutches

Man I loved not feeling pain

Good

Crutches are fun

When my leg healed enough I went pro gamer move and only used one crutch
