nope! type one is mostly genetic, and it's permanent (unless you get a pancreas transplant, which is a verrrry risky idea because it could end up backfiring) it slightly changes over time, but you can never get rid of it.
type 2, on the other hand, mostly isn't genetic, though it can be. it's caused by an insulin resistance, which is where you (I think) have a horrible, extremely sugary diet and your sugar intake is so high that the insulin cells just can't catch up. it can be reversed in the early stages. it's not easy to acquire
I may be wrong? But no, type one diabetes does not turn into type two.
