Not everywhere though...
Like BC, with its average winter temperatures reaching around 7°C. Or Newfoundland-and-Labrador (I know, the name is way too long, but it's still home for me nonetheless) with its reasonable heat in the summer AND the fall, plus its cold (but not absolutely freezing) winters. Or Ontario, with the fact that it's closer to the equator than basically all of the others.
Depending on where you live in Canada, it's not actually that cold as it seems to be compared to the American stereotypes say.
