Calling it "coke" is stupid because there are other brands besides it
Calling it "pop" makes you sound like you were born in the 1930s
And calling it "tonic" makes you sound like you were born in the 1880s

Not really though, coke owns it all

They own it but there are still several different brands and coke only refers to that one brand

and i know people in oklahoma are the same
maybe it's just a thing with my family or something idk
