why they might be a degenerate: sexual behavior, and sexual language

explaination: angellicallylaleconparticuliere, [call them angelically] has been known for sexual behavior in comments like having e-$ex with other users, and using sexual language towards other users. angelically might either be a degenerate or a $ex bot because of the sexual behavior towards users. what is the problem? it's that this is a 13+ site so theres minors there and angelically's behavior among other users should not be allowed in a 13+ site since that was 18+ behavior in a 13+ site, this should not be acceptable in this site at all costs.
