“Alright, let’s go.” *They sighed, and the two followed the trail, with Mimi leading and Checkers right behind them, looking around for any other people*

*the two were met with Charlie, head leaned back against the wall, blood was dripping down his face, from his head. He was unconscious but breathing, nobody was strangely in the room*

*Mimi examined his head and tried to see where all the blood was coming from, along with checking his pulse and such*

*there’s a gash on the side of his head, it looks like someone smacked his head into something to knock him out*

“Okay, I’m calling 9-1-1.” *Checkers pulled out their busted up phone that has more cracks than sand grains on a beach, and dialed up September 11th, aka 911*

*the chains are pulled so tight they barely move, and suddenly the lights go off and the lock on the door is clicked into place and you feel Charlie tense up*

*He let out a surprised squeak and tensed up also* “What just happened?!”

Charlie: They’re trying to act like we’re not here so we’re not found. *you can just make out Charlie’s face in the dark, the dim light reflecting of his glasses*

“Wait…can I leave? Like- not that I’m trying to but if I needed to leave, do I leave?” *He whispered in response*

Charlie: You can try, the door might be locked from the outside.

“I’m gonna go try it out- I’m not gonna leave though- I’m gonna check for Checks, a-a-and you- wait no- and as- wait- let me start over- okay Ima see if I can open it, and if-if I can, then I’ll see if Checkers is nearby.” *And with that, he went over to open the door*

*The door is locked from the outside, a little shriek from Charlie is heard from behind you*

*He gasped and whipped around* “Charlie?!” *He tripped over his own feet (stupid) and quickly got back up, dashing over to where Charlie is/was*

*in the faint light you realized that the chains were on some sort of mechanism, and they were slowly tightening around his neck and wrists*
