Thanksgiving of this year, I gathered with my great uncle and a few of his friends, when I played the turkey for him, he said "Thanks my man!" Then I awkwardly said, "Uhm, I'm actually a girl.." He sat dead silent for the rest of Thanksgiving dinner, and didn't speak to me after that moment.
