Well I want it to be a Tf2-styled game so mid-end laptops can handle it.

Gears 1 game out before tf2. It came out in 2006. Tf2 came out in 2007. Both can run well.

What if there's a cartoony option then

TimeZone will always have cartoonish character models. what im trying to say is that the game will have the same gritty and dirty filter like graphics as the first 2 gears of wars.
