Well really it's Specimen 9 from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion, which Haste is very heavily based on. That's Specimen 9's catchphrase, while Haste's is "NO TIME"

In doors not all entities kill you
In rooms I think every one is lethal tho
In doors there's like 5 which don't instakill you, with one doing no damage at all

In doors hardcore however, every new entity is trying to kill you so uhhhhh

Yeah that's right, but still, eyes (which it more common in hardcore) doesn't instakill
