Since there is only one, you might expect it to be used for the currently 25% transformed human (or something, ears are inconclusive) once 100% Transformation is achieved. This, at 80% HP (Assuming the human has taken damage), at Level 65 (Assuming the human to be at least 18) and no status effects would equate to a catch rate of:
Just about 13.5% on the first (and only) ball.
That is miserable.
The hair changing Colorado from the tips is impossible, considering that hair colour is determined by the attributes of the generating end. Thus, a more realistic scenario would be a near complete loss of the old hair to be replaced by the new, green one. This, however, does not apply to other parts of the body, since there is less hair at those places.
As for the finger fusion thing, I am not going to dissect how that is (admittedly only nearly) impossible since it is past 9 over here.
