One time i was in a car with my 2-year-old little brother he was completely silent and then all of a sudden he puked, even though we got all the vomit out of that car seat, it's still reeked of that horrendous smell, and I was stuck in a car in the middle of nowhere with my parents my 2-year-old little brother with that awful putrid disgusting vomit stank in complete silence.
