yaoi = gay hentai

yuri = lesbian hentai

BL's = boys love = which doesn't necessarily mean it's hentai

GL's = girls love = which doesn't necessarily mean it's hentai

shounen ai = it's a 50-50% chance whether or not it's actually just more story-based yaoi or pretty much just miss labeled yaoi

I don't really watch Hentai i read it more often than I watch it. mainly because actual hentai is very boring to me. I mean with sound effects and all that it's just worse. Reading it is way better because honestly I find it to be very hilarious because of how ridiculously outlandish and unrealistic it is. Like trust me some of the tropes in those things are just the stupidest things I have ever seen in my Go***amn life. Especially shit with the Omegaverse, that is some of the most weird crap I have ever read in my life and I laughed my head off because of that

Like I don't know how people can sit through episodes of literally just anime girls moaning, like trust me I skipped through one whole season of high school DXD and it was a huge regret for me because honestly that was so boring, and also just frustrating to watch practically cuz I honestly don't get what on earth is going on in the storyline

High School DxD technically isn't hentai but it's close enough
