I was addicted to nasal spray for 5 years.l
didn't know taking it every 30min was the
reason I couldn't breath through my nose to
begin with. I just thought I had some sort of

Trying not to laugh out loud I saw the episode on nasal
spray, then decided to get off of it. My body
was so used to having it, that when I got off
of it, I spent over a month of not being able to
breath through my nose and several years to
be able to get back to normal. But it was
worth it. I can now breath through my nose
