What mods should always be able to do, no matter what the owners toggle:
-Approve & disapprove memes
-Look at post flags
-Look at their own moderation history
-Look at who is banned
-Have an M next to their name
-Remove their own mod
Abilities owners should be able to toggle:
-Look at other mods‘ moderation history
-Ban users indefinitely
-Ban users at all
-Unban users
-Delete comments
-Look at comment flags
-Change the stream rules
-Add/remove stream rules
-Change the stream description
-Change the basic stream settings (posts per day, whether hot or new memes are shown etc.)
-Add/remove other mods
What mods should never be able to do, no matter what is toggled:
-Upgrade themselves or other mods to owners
-Remove the stream owners
-Delete the stream
