President Snow is the main antagonist of the Hunger Games series, and the wealthy tyrant leader of Panem (the dystopian remnants of North America), and basically probably the fictional character I hate the most. He’s manipulative, often coercing others to risk or take innocent lives, and also very cruel, ruling with intimidation and violence.
Basically, he’s the bad guy, a well written one at that.
