Once during a meeting with Hitler, a fly was buzzing around the room so Hitler told Fritz Darges to get rid of it. Fritz then told Hitler that since the fly was an airborne pest, the Luftwaffe commander should deal with it. Hitler then took him aside, dismissed him, and sent him to the Eastern Front
