If you can get it apart put the two halves of the phone in rice after hair drying it
Moisture can hide under circuit boards and the rice will help draw it out

A hair drier will help with removing the moisture but if you can't get it apart then consider the phone pretty much done for

the water wasn't even that much you talking like I got a whole ocean in it, it was just one drop
