an acer laptop that my dad bought in 2012, it barely even opens a word document how tf am I gonna emulate a game on it

yeah you may need a new computer i guess although you could try older versions of dolphin

you think I didn't? forgot to mention but I actually tried dolphin emulator and a wii game on it before. I was getting less than 1 fps. a while ago my dad promised to buy a new one in april anyway.

yeah I tried the oldest version and it didn't help. gamecube games were working fine though, the problems were with the wii games. I played mario sunshine and luigis mansion with no problems.
