In his filings with the court, Jack Smith claims that Biden's storage of classified documents is different than Trump's.
He wrote that whatever risks there were in storing documents in a garage are dwarfed by the risk of keeping them in a "social club".
Leaving out the fact that Trump used Mar-a-Lago as his official office while he was President and it now serves as the Official Office of the Former President, which is funded by Congress and protected 24/7 by the Secret Service.
Of course Smith never mentions the risks associated with keeping them in an unsecured garage with ZERO protection.
