Try a sibling, a cousin, or just a family member. Just know that even if we’re here for you, we can’t really give you the help you need. If you really need a therapist, try asking your family to help you out. If they dismiss you completely f**k them. If they support you, then good on them. Everyone deserves the necessary resources to keep themselves healthy, physically and mentally. Btw it’s different if you can’t afford a therapist, that’s no one’s fault.
