I mean I don’t care if he makes a vent post, but it’s kinda true we aren’t the help he needs. He needs more, uh, personal help (I mean like irl people to talk to). Seriously tho, mocking him isn’t something you should do.

When I said “you” I wasn’t talking to you. I wasn’t calling you out. I was calling out the anonymous person. (I’m resisting the urge to make a joke about anonymous and anon bc this is a serious situation)

I don’t have that many really good friends I can talk to about this

Try a sibling, a cousin, or just a family member. Just know that even if we’re here for you, we can’t really give you the help you need. If you really need a therapist, try asking your family to help you out. If they dismiss you completely f**k them. If they support you, then good on them. Everyone deserves the necessary resources to keep themselves healthy, physically and mentally. Btw it’s different if you can’t afford a therapist, that’s no one’s fault.
