Don’t diet, you’re a perfect human being, just do squats (100 with 24 pounds total every two days (that’s what I do)) and wear a skirt and shit. Oh don’t forget about ab workouts, my favorite is 1 min each side (side planks) and two minutes elbow planks every three days.

You don’t have to work out though, I just didn’t feel good about my chest and was overcoming an eating disorder, so then I got fat, then I started working out.

usually, once a week until you feel good about yourself, then every other week. you should probably lower the amount you do when starting off, I may or may not have forgotten to mention that beforehand.
