Flagging limit feature idea for imgflip
I am pretty sure all of us that atleast own over ten or more streams have always experienced atleast when users have started to flag posts and comments incorrectly, when it comes to post, they either press that the post is against tos or other, even though the post does not break any stream rules.
And the text they put on as reasoning?
The most copy pasted thing you will see.
As someone who has experienced this, the former user GREEN_LEADER, or once known as shadow06 by his first user, he flagged lots of my posts and others in my stream DarthSwede, the text he put in was always false statements, and a lot of times, he even put in the text "please kill yourself i win", I have posted this very moderation abuse of him stealing my stream 911 and then deleting every comment and post made by me in the TerribleModerations stream.
Anyway, to move on subject why the flagging limit feature could be very good for imgflip is that streams can then prevent false flagging by a lot.
Just a flag count could be good, and the look of the warning once you have used up your weekly(or daily) flags could be something like looking like a bit of a warning saying how many flags you have left and that you need to use the flags carefully and not falsly flag.
Technically, this feature would too have that stream creators can choose how many flags users can make per week or per day, the limit being ten for the sake of the stream. And by stream creators choosing the limit, I mean that only the og stream creator can change this limit and no other owner.
To mention, the limit counts for both comments and posts, not indivually.
So, to take it short.
The flagging limit feature could be very useful due to that really many users on the site falsly flag comments and images for nothing, most being wrongly deleted or dissaproved.
