Pay employees standardized livable wages with additional respect to merit and seniority, remove toxicity in the work environment, set realistic expectations, apply the rules fairly to all workers regardless of title, stop using passive aggression as a tool to get what you want, do not unfairly represent us to the board and other members of the co-op, respect the boundaries of employees and adhere to common sense rules when engaging with employees, stick up for workers when they are treated unfairly or not in the wrong in situations; Leave passive-aggressive notes that "promise treats" if employees do what you want
