Evolution doesn’t exist, but adaptation might, you see when prophet Noah took two of every animal he probably didn’t take all of the billions of species with him so after the water went away and his ship stopped, those animals spread and adapted to those environments those who didn’t adapt eventually died out

yeah, that's how some dinos and animals aren't around today, but adaptation does exist, on a very small scale.

if survival of the fittest is real ad the earth is "billions" of years old then there would- based on survival of the fittest's rules- be only one species alive today. We would just all evolve to become one species that is dominant. and why don't humans see evolution at all? we would have historical evidence of humans seeing it. And read genisis. and John Chapter 1, the very first verse knocks all of your "proof" down.

Why we all dont evolve into one species is because it would be physically impossible to due so because our body structure must remain similar to how we are today. So every animal has their own adaptations.

ok. but... nuh uh. if that's true, than how the poopy doopy did dinosaurs turn into birds? a tyrannosaurus was the apex predator of it's time, why would it ever turn into a bird?!?! it makes no sense whatsoever! even with survival of the fittest, that makes no sense! it would just become a smaller tyrannosaurus! dino lungs and bird lungs are extremely different. that means for a "million year period" dinos would not be able to breath. but hey, as long as you trust God as your savior then we good. (read Genesis and john chpt. 1)

Birds are not really related to dinosaurs. They are loosely related which means they evolved their own way while dinosaurs were stilled related. Hell look at some of the birds today! The bird thats closest to a dinosaur is the Cassowary and its only 6 foot tall.
