I feel like this book is a necessity to read. It’s about corruption of power, totalitarianism, and manipulation all in one book. Not only that, but it’s a very quick read, so it’s easy to digest. Basically, the animals on a farm take over the farm, promising peace, equality and the sorts. Basically a communist government. As time goes on, pigs start to take over, shifting the truth into a manipulative narrative. There may be times when you believe in the pigs lies, which goes to show how well it’s written. The ending line sums it up very well, but you’ll have to read it and see for yourself.
