So because the gif generator is tweaking I can't make that a template

I took a 1.95 second-long gif and added an image which showed up at 55% until 100% of the video. Then I made that and pasted that image's link into the gif generator. For some reason even though that gif with the image at 55% from the link itself was at 1.95 seconds long, the gif generated from the gif itself was at 1.1 seconds and cut off the image at the end.
