To be specific, that is a Knights Armament SR-15, and judging by the third pin, I'd say that is definitely a machine gun.

Don't worry about it. I got the point. Besides, the SR-15 receivers that civilians can actually buy, while they could theoretically be converted to full-auto, are pretty much exclusively semi-auto.
