Here, well it's just that someone I know sounds like they are mad at me but like I don't know if they are mad at me which they won't tell me why, and my mind keeps overthinking too much which is making it worse

Maybe they’re going through something that you don’t know about, I’d give them some space and maybe offer them help

Well they first said they won't be able to talk to me for the rest of the school year, and they were sad about it. I said my goodbyes, but then after I said that they said "yeah okay" and I proceeded to talk to them, but they still sound angry. I don't know what to do and it's making me kind of sad.

I think it sounds like they’re being forced to not talk to you, maybe their parents are overprotective and manipulative, I’ve had a friend who did the same exact thing

They are behind in school work by a lot which they said they wanted to change themselves because they feel awful about themselves, which this has happened before but they weren't as mad

I’d just leave them alone and see if they can sort things out on their own, maybe things will get better

Actually they just texted me they are sorry for their attitude and asked for forgiveness, that relieves me by a lot. Also thanks for comforting me as well, I followed you because you are such a cool person :)
