IMO, this is America and as much as I despise AOC, I defend her freedom to run for office. Any office. However, IF, and only if, she (or any candidate) meets all eligibility requirements for the office she is running for.
They decided it was not up to the states as to whether or not they could keep a candidate off of the ballot or not. Which they said that the states couldn't... meaning that they couldn't remove her if she were to run.
part of it was also that Trump did not take part in an insurrection, which was stated in the beginning and end of the official decision publication. But it was also stated that it was not up to the states on whether or not they could remove candidates from the ballot.
