It's from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the original King Crimson can skip 10 seconds of time, there are some fanmade concepts for a Requiem version (basically a mega evolution), and a popular idea for KCR's ability is erasing people memories, specifically erasing everyone else's memories about you so it's like you and your memories about him, like don't even exist and you will never be able to form plans to stop him.
