alright. so do you see the way it turns? the center piece that it is turning on is the center. Use what you know about a rubik's cube to solve it from there. when you get to the last layer, in order to get the edge pieces in place, just do this algorithm until you get it: F R U R' U' or if that doesn't work, do F' L' U' L U in certain places. it will move the pieces seen on the picture.
