Hello y'all, back with another short here.
As some, or a lotta people have seen, something rare from my side has occurred. After almost three years of sketches being a loner along with Majin, Fuze got introduced.
But, why though? After such a long while?
Allow me to tell you.
Fuze appears as a mummy wrapped with cloth, having three dreads behind her head, resembling fuses of an actual bomb. She has a short-fused personality, but has a sweet side too, though it's rare. It's a short description, but that's not the deal for today. The actual thing is WHY I made her.
Let's look at sketchy first. Since I was just a lil short-attention-spanned kid, I eventually discovered the skill of drawing. Me, being the curious two brain-cell peep I was, started with a scribble, that scribble went better after a few tries, and eventually became a stickman. That stickman got shoes, three spikes on his head as hair, and eyes with a mouth. This grew out to what he is today, that one snarky but anxious fellow. The anxiety of his, is based of mine.
I've had periods where anxiety spiked to heights to the point of just freezing in place. I decided, If sketch was a thing of mine, I could hand it to him too, now partly basing him off my personality, really.
Now back to Fuze, getting the same treatment. I've had apart from my anxiety, very rare anger outbursts. These would include silently agonizing people in my head, silently judging them, knowing i can't do anything about it, cause id just dig myself deeper if i do. One time, I had to cool off after one of my biggest lash-outs, and my good friend Jordy, being the comic he so to say is, told me I'm like a bomb with a countdown, being filled up with worry and all, and having to explode if fully filled. This thought chased me for a while, and hearing it echo trough my head one day while trying to redesign Majin, i though: why not? If sketch resembles my anxiety, then there can be one, just one, who resembles my few bits of anger.
And there she is, after a quick redesign (thx Mr_mystery lmao) and it sort of helped me relax a bit more, as if i transferred it all away for a bit.
