Pretty good for a starter! I suggest maybe make the hat a little smaller and maybe add black dots in the pupils to give it more realism but in my opinion, pretty good! 9/10!

Well it is in the modeling stage so there are no textures or materials on it yet. It was to mark out where the pupils will be. For the hat realistically top hats are bigger than your head. But those are my stylistic choices

Understandable. Tho i suggest you use Unreal Engine to make more better designs since theres more freedom in it. THo Blender can be used as well for maybe prototypes of designs. But im not choosing what you will do so its your own free will.
